Within the framework of the industrial-educational partnership, the parties identified promising scientific and educational areas in the agro-industrial sphere, including: agroengineering, agrochemistry and agro-soil science, aquatic bioresources and aquaculture, veterinary medicine, agricultural machinery and harvesting technologies, IT in the agro-industrial complex.

- The signed documents will allow to expand cooperation in the field of education, culture and science with organisations of the most populous agrarian country in Africa - Nigeria, - said the Rector of DSTU Besarion Meskhi.

The co-operation agreements were signed by Yakubu A. Ochefu, Secretary-General, Committee of Vice Chancellors of Nigerian Universities, and Besarion Meskhi, Rector of DSTU.
